DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY
We send your purchases to mainland France, including Corsica and on request elsewhere in the European Union. Your new treasures will be delivered to the address indicated when you ordered.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the package. For international markets, bag prices are indicated in Euros, but excluding customs fees. These must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the link to use to find out the tracking of your order.
When signing for acknowledgment of receipt, responsibility for the item purchased rests with you. If another person is designated as recipient (for a gift, for example), you agree that proof of a signature by that other recipient constitutes proof of delivery and acceptance of the order and transfer of responsibility . As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, customs taxes, and local sales taxes imposed by the country in which you receive the accessory. Payment of these taxes is necessary so that your order can clear customs. We are unable to tell you the amount of taxes upstream of your order.
RETURNS
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return all or part of it to us to the address below:

To make a return, please send us an email to marie@mariebizot.com to announce this return. Returns remain at your expense.
Please place each item back in its original packaging and complete the return slip received with your package.
The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the return. You will receive an email to notify you once the refund has been made.
EXCLUSION: In accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products manufactured on request.
Your bag must be used with care; a bag damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, an accident or misuse will not be considered defective. Do not hesitate to contact us at info@mariebizot.com
